Warren Harley is a distinguished C-suite executive and leadership coach with an illustrious career spanning over two decades. Venyke Harley

Venyke Free Harley is a dynamic and results-driven human resources executive with over two decades of experience spanning the private sector, nonprofit organizations, higher education, and local government. A native of Union, South Carolina, Venyke brings a strong foundation of leadership, service, and strategic insight to every endeavor. She currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for a large local government organization, where she oversees human resources strategy and employee training for a workforce of more than 2,400 employees. In this role, she is focused on aligning human capital initiatives with the mission, fostering employee development, and building a culture of excellence and accountability across departments. Previously, Venyke served as Director of Human Relations and Organizational Development at 1890 Research and Extension at South Carolina State University and as Loss Control Manager with the Municipal Association of South Carolina. Throughout her career, she has designed and implemented transformative programs that drive performance, improve risk management, and support organizational growth. Venyke holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Claflin University and earned her MBA with a concentration in Strategic Innovation from the University of South Carolina. She is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
